The PAE Bottom Line: It's All About People
Yes, we’re technically excellent.
Yes, we articulate ideas in meaningful ways to non-engineers.

And yes, we’re way ahead of most in sustainable design.
What you may not have heard, is that we’re pretty dedicated to having fun. In fact, we have an official Fun Committee, led by a principal, with a budget that survived even this economic downturn. You can see some of the evidence in the photos at the top of this page.
To keep things interesting – and share the expertise -- we shift workstations from time to time. Some staff move from the third to the fourth floor. Some leave an electrical engineer’s neighborhood for a mechanical engineer’s locale. And some move closer to the plotter room for faster access to those Revit drawings, (not to mention the lunchroom doughnuts).
It all begins with the hiring process. Those who are part of PAE have talent, are intrigued by buildings and their impact on the environment, want to constantly improve, and truly, truly demand excellence from themselves and their colleagues. That’s the beginning – and the continuation—of our high-caliber team.

What's with the PAE Jackets?
When PAE created its company jackets, it didn't know it was creating an icon. Today, red and black PAE jackets are a visual reminder of how involved and active PAE people really are.
