
About Marc Brune, PE, LEED AP
Marc is a mechanical engineer with PAE Consulting Engineers in Portland, Oregon, a national leader in design and analysis for sustainable buildings. He is adept in advanced energy analysis, and has developed detailed energy models for projects including Carnegie Hall and a 600,000-square-foot residential complex at the University of Washington. He has taught classes for the University of Oregon’s School of Architecture and spoken at the Northwest Facilities Conference, the Northwest Association of College & University Housing Officers. Marc began his engineering career at PAE, spent three years with Viridian Energy & Environmental in New York, then returned to PAE in 2008. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland. He is a registered professional engineer and is a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.
