About Tim Elley, LEED AP

Since joining PAE in 2008, Tim has provided expertise for a variety of projects ranging from residential buildings, to educational facilities, to commercial mixed-use buildings. He is exceptionally skilled at providing energy audits, energy modeling, and commissioning services. Tim holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Colorado.
