Michael Kim, PE

Michael Kim joins PAE as a Senior Associate and Electrical Project Manager. Hired in July, Michael has extensive management experience and will lead the Seattle office’s electrical team. Passionate about sustainable design, Michael has significant experience designing systems for various LEED registered projects.

Tom O’Donnell, PE, LEED AP

Tom O’Donnell is a mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience designing HVAC systems. Tom joined PAE in August as a Senior Associate. Tom brings extensive design build and consulting engineering experience to the PAE team. His resume includes a wide variety of projects including designs for Amazon, UCSF, Microsoft, Stanford and Kaiser Permanente.

Justin Stenkamp, PE, LEED AP BD+C

With PAE since 2008, Justin Stenkamp has been promoted to Associate. He has over 17 years of operation, maintenance, and mechanical design experience. Passionate about reducing the energy and water use of the built environment, Justin has contributed to more than a dozen LEED rated or registered projects, as well as two Living Buildings and several Net Zero Energy and Water.

Daniella Moreano, PE, LEED AP

Daniella Moreano was promoted to Project Manager. Daniella has 8 years of experience in mechanical systems design. With a background in business and business development, Daniella is able to effectively communicate with clients and team members alike to complete projects successfully, on time and on budget.

David Mead, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

David Mead joined PAE in July as a Building Performance Specialist. He brings to the firm experience with a variety of building modeling including energy, bulk airflow, CFD, lighting and envelope. He is passionate about performing carbon emissions evaluations and is looking forward to expanding the services PAE offers to help owners reduce their energy use and carbon footprint.

Adam Wrzeski, RCDD

Adam Wrzeski was hired in June as an IT/AV/Security Designer. He brings a high level of service to his projects and is passionate about continuing to search for better tools and processes.
