Jonathan Plumpton, IALD, MIES, LEED AP ID+C Associate Principal
Jonathan has been promoted to Associate Principal from Senior Associate. He is an industry leader in lighting design, providing expertise for a variety of project types both nationally and internationally. His professional successes are driven by creative, dynamic, forward thinking designs with a strong focus on sustainable lighting strategies.

Ned Greene, PE, LEED AP Senior Associate
Ned has been promoted to Senior Associate from Associate. Ned has been promoted to Senior Associate from Associate. Ned has been with PAE since 2015 and has over 19 years of experience designing mechanical systems for a wide range of projects. Ned brings a passion for creating great spaces for people to heal, work, live and learn.

Dan Somlea Technical Associate
Dan joined PAE in 2004 and has been promoted to Technical Associate. With over a decade of experience in mechanical and plumbing system design, his project experience spans the West Coast and encompasses a variety of sustainable, water-saving systems including greywater and rainwater reclamation.

Alper Erten, PE LEED AP Project Manager
Alper has been promoted to Project Manager. He has nearly a decade of experience in global, large-scale sustainable design projects. He specializes in the design of high performance building envelope and mechanical systems, building optimization and analysis, post occupancy measurement and verification, thermal comfort modeling, and data visualization.
