Special features

  • The addition of a mezzanine between the existing first and second floors resulted in extreme space constraints, which were addressed with the design of a radiant ceiling cooling and heating system and dedicated outside air system to minimize the amount of ductwork.
  • Teams worked closely to re-locate and re-integrate the existing HVAC systems to accommodate the new spaces.
