The ultimate goal of commissioning is to assure that the building’s systems comply with the Owner’s Project Requirements, operate per the Basis of Design, and provide the owner with a fully functional building that can be operated and maintained as economically as possible.
PAE’s approach to commissioning brings together the owner’s representative, contractors, design engineer, and manufacturers to tune equipment and provide the project with the maximum possible efficiency. PAE offers commissioning services during the design, construction and post-occupancy phases of a project. For LEEDTM buildings, we help teams secure fundamental and enhanced commissioning credits.
