PAE has provided energy simulation and comfort analysis for hundreds of buildings, helping owners and design teams make decisions about energy efficiency measures, building system selection, and Net Zero design criteria. We work with building owners to evaluate actual building utility data so that buildings are continually optimized.
BIM – Building Information Modeling
At the forefront of BIM, PAE provides multidimensional building design and analysis to fully coordinate and optimize system s early and throughout the design. This approach provides enhanced collaboration with contractors and can be used by building owners to improve operations.
Building Analysis
PAE leads project teams through detailed building analysis to assess the project owner’s criteria, including energy and water costs, maintenance and capital costs, indoor environmental quality, and life-safety. We take pride in clearly presenting these study results.
