A champion for high-performance design and innovative sustainable systems in the built environment, Brian has 20 years of mechanical engineering experience spanning sectors including higher education, laboratory, office, mixed-use, government, healthcare, and mission critical facilities. Brian was the lead mechanical engineer for the LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge certified Brock Environmental Center at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation – a marquee project that has received an AIA COTE Top 10 Award, ASHRAE Society Technology Award, and AEI Mechanical Engineering Award of Excellence.
