Principal, Regenerative Design Group Lead

Claire is a nationally recognized leader in sustainable and regenerative design, driven by a mission to transform the built environment for the health of people, communities, and the planet. Her experience spans from the first LEED Platinum building at Ithaca College to the Salesforce Transit Center, the largest mass transit development in the West. With a dual background in architecture and environmental studies, Claire brings an interconnected approach to how architecture, building systems, and landscape interact. Her expertise includes façade optimization, thermal comfort, energy and water efficiency, embodied carbon, sustainable materials, and green building rating systems. As leader of PAE’s Regenerative Design Group, Claire is committed to advancing design strategies that move beyond sustainability—toward true zero carbon, ecological restoration, and enduring value for the communities they serve.
