The expansion of PAE’s leadership team reflects our commitment to making PAE a great place to work.

Our unique company culture and the innovative projects we design help PAE attract and retain some of the top engineers in the nation; allowing us to cultivate the next generation of leaders from within. In addition to designing some of the highest performing buildings in the country, Brett, Brandon, Daniella, Grant, Jeff, Marc and Nedzib embody the innovation, thought-leadership, and client service PAE is known for in the engineering field.

Jeff Becksfort, PE, LEED AP, Senior Associate

Jeff has been promoted to Senior Associate. He has 16 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Jeff is particularly skilled at leading project teams in producing designs within the confines of budget, schedules and existing conditions. He has provided project management and design expertise for a range of projects, including several affordable housing projects such as the LEED Platinum certified Blanchet House of Hospitality and Bud Clark Commons.

Nedzib Biberic, PE, LEED AP, Senior Associate

Nedzib has been promoted to Senior Associate. A highly skilled project manager and mechanical engineer, he has provided expertise for projects in the educational and healthcare sectors, including the LEED Platinum rated Lane Community College Downtown Campus Building. His extensive experience with laboratory and health care projects allows him to bring innovative approaches to designs that involve stringent environmental regulations.

Marc Brune, PE, LEED AP, Associate Principal

Marc has been promoted to Associate Principal. Marc is a leader in innovative engineering, with over 14 years of experience. Marc has provided expertise for more than two dozen LEED projects, including highly sustainable projects like The Bullitt Center and The Rocky Mountain Insitute Innovation Center. Marc’s commitment to sustainability goes beyond building design; he also leads PAE’s internal RENEW team. Among his current projects is the new Eco Commons at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which is pursuing the Living Building Challenge.

Brett Cournoyer, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Senior Associate

Brett has been promoted to Senior Associate. He is an electrical engineer with 12 years of experience overseeing large, complex projects including the LEED Platinum rated Edith Green Wendell Wyatt Federal Office Building. A skilled project manager, Brett’s passion for highly sustainable buildings featuring renewable energy sources has helped project teams achieve highly efficient designs.

Grant Craig, LEED AP BD+C, Associate Principal

Grant has been promoted to Associate Principal. He is a mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience in systems design and project management. He is skilled at applying innovative solutions to engineering challenges and developing creative system concepts that respond to or exceed the goals of a project. Grant creates seamlessly integrated designs by engaging in early communication with the design team and remaining involved throughout the life of a project. Grant is known for his management of a project’s financial performance, deadline execution, in-house coordination, and implementation of quality control procedures.

Daniella Wahler, PE, LEED AP, Associate

Daniella is a newly promoted Associate, who brings over 9 years of experience designing mechanical systems for a wide range of project types. A skillful engineer and project manager, Daniella’s experience includes leading project teams for inpatient health care facilities and laboratories. Daniella is currently committed to PAE’s growing health care sector in the Seattle region.

Brandon Watt, PE, LEED AP, Associate

Brandon has been promoted to an Associate. More than ten of his projects have achieved or are pursuing LEED certifications. Brandon has a diverse project background and is currently providing expertise on the Knight Cancer Research Building for Oregon State Health and Science University. Brandon also has experience working with the State Department in the design of embassy buildings.
