The building hosts a wide variety of amenities like a sky lounge and bar, rooftop deck, movie theatre, and hair salon. The design captures the neighborhood’s character while the systems embody a commitment to sustainable living for future generations.

  • The building boasts a 25% reduction in energy use compared to similar residences through features like an enhanced thermal envelope, triple-pane glazed windows, heat recovery through air ventilation, a recirculating heat pump, LED lighting and sensors, and high-efficiency appliances.
  • Captured rainwater and treated graywater for non-potable use saves over 140,000 gallons of water per year for the life of the building.
  • 105% of the building’s energy needs are met through onsite solar arrays and offsite solar farms.
