An early community engagement program helped the team focus on important needs, along with a focus on resiliency and biophilia.
Special Features
Radiant floor heating is extremely comfortable, lasts the life of the floor slab, decreases operating costs, reduces refrigerants, and contributes to the overall beauty.
Passive systems help create a resilient community building, and rooftop solar panels and a battery storage system support operating off grid if needed.
Air source heat pumps and decoupled heating and cooling reduces energy consumption.
Careful coordination with architects to “hide” engineering systems for a beautiful finish and an emphasis on biophilic design.
