  • Renovation of the existing building included modernization and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems to support a healthy and sustainable space.
  • Systems were designed for high-performance acoustical performance and flexibility to meet studios’ needs.
  • With the improved systems, building energy performance improved from an EUI of 130 (pre-renovation) to 90 (post-renovation).
