Located in Happy Valley, Oregon, this new public works campus brings Sunrise Water Authority’s administrative offices and field operations together in a single, purpose-built environment. The project includes a 13,000-square-foot administrative building and a 5,000-square-foot shop, along with staff courtyards, parking, materials storage, and a fuel island. Designed for long-term operational value, the campus improves coordination, efficiency, and day-to-day functionality while supporting the District’s critical role in maintaining reliable water infrastructure.
