A vibrant new gateway building that connects campus and city, supporting student growth, collaboration, and community engagement.
The new College of Business building spans 128,000 square feet and anchors the Mathewson University Gateway, connecting the University of Nevada campus to downtown Reno. The four-story facility includes a 300-seat auditorium, café, social and collaboration spaces, a landscaped courtyard, and outdoor plazas.
By embedding academic infrastructure within Reno’s downtown fabric, the project invites new opportunities for engagement between students, faculty, and the broader community.
