Located at Waterfront Place, PAE’s Seattle office reflects our commitment to regenerative design and material transparency. Designed in collaboration with The Miller Hull Partnership, the space is light-filled and grounded in its Pacific Northwest context, framing views and supporting natural flow. Overlooking the Seattle waterfront, the office is pursuing Living Building Challenge Petal Certification and Core Imperatives, reinforcing sustainability as a baseline—not an aspiration—for the built environment.
