A passionate advocate for sustainable design, Conrad has three decades of experience working on high-performing buildings across North America. Many of his award-winning projects have achieved All-Electric, Net-Zero, LEED, and Living Building statuses, including two of the world’s largest commercial Living Buildings, the Bullitt Center and the PAE Living Building. Conrad is a leader in both the Portland and Eugene, Oregon offices with a thoughtful team-based approach, and spends his time as a pilot outside of collaborating with colleagues and clients.
