Grant Craig, LEED AP BD+C

Grant Craig joined PAE in May as a Senior Associate and Project Manager. With 15 years of experience in both the United Kingdom and United States, he is a highly experienced and well-rounded mechanical engineer. Grant is driven to apply innovative design solutions and develop creative system concepts that respond to the architectural goals of each project.

Stephen Scaife, PE, CPD, LEED GA

Stephen Scaife joined PAE as a Senior Associate and Project Manager with over 20 years of mechanical engineering experience. A LEED Green Associate, Stephen has worked on nearly a dozen LEED-rated projects. He possesses extensive expertise in higher education academic buildings and laboratory facilities, including the renowned UCSF Sandler Neuroscience Center, now among the largest neuroscience complexes in the world.

Debbie Grieves, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Debbie Grieves is an electrical engineer with 20 years of experience. She joined PAE as a Senior Associate and Project Manager. Debbie provides a high level of technical understanding that ensures effective design in energy efficiency, capacity and flexibility. A LEED Accredited Professional, Debbie has provided expertise for over 10 LEED Gold or Platinum rated projects.

Jonathan Plumpton, LEED AP ID+C

Jonathan Plumpton was hired in July to establish Luma Lighting Design, PAE’s lighting division, in the San Francisco office. A Senior Associate, he brings over 20 years of experience as a lighting designer, managing a large number of diverse projects within the U.S. and internationally. His work is driven by creative, dynamic, forward thinking designs with a strong focus on sustainable lighting strategies.

Jeff Ouellette, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Jeff Ouellette joined PAE at the beginning of the year as an Associate and Project Manager with over 13 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection engineering. An innovative engineer with a strong knowledge of functional and contemporary planning, Jeff has been a part of the design of many acclaimed San Francisco buildings, including One Rincon Hill and 100 Van Ness.

James Bradshaw, PE

James Bradshaw is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience and vast project management expertise in the commercial office and high rise residential sectors. He joined PAE in July as an Associate. James is particularly adept at guiding teams through client communication and in-house coordination to create leading-edge design solutions.
