Pacific Seas Aquarium, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

Many design challenges are inherent to creating ideal conditions for such a unique space. PAE’s technology consulting team designed telecommunications systems to provide strong communications connectivity to the aquarium’s interpretive elements, which include projectors, flat screen TVs, interactive kiosks, diver communications, voice reinforcement, and video walls. Due to the constant presence of seawater, PAE’s technology consulting team also needed to design corrosion-resistant structured cabling pathway systems.
