The three story building is home to Oregon State University's School of Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering. A place of collaboration and innovation for faculty, students and industry professionals, it houses laboratories for interdisciplinary research, offices, conference rooms, lecture halls, study areas and utility rooms.

  • Sustainability features include a high-efficiency air-cooled water chiller, a custom variable air volume and handling unit, a rain water reclamation system, and a greywater treatment system.
  • Domestic water heating will be provided by a heat pump water heater, which improves overall energy use by 4% from the baseline building.
